The approach, therefore, encompasses motivating staff with an active and creative approach to work and developing a system that will motivate laboratory staff and encourage the control of good manufacturing practice (DPP) and standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS) between and during inspections, as well as the control of internal standards. As part of industrial consulting, I also offer the possibility of statistical processing and analysis of products with graphical illustrations, verification and harmonization of product labels with regulations and laws, and other work as needed.
