The workshop programme is diverse and includes a multidisciplinary approach - lectures by nutritionists, pharmacists, medical doctors, kinesiologists. To be more specific, in addition to determining a diet plan, it is important to pay adequate attention to sport activities, exercise and movement, so that the plan would be effective. When it comes to nutrition plans, it should be noted that I do not promote restrictive but long-term diet plans that benefit the overall well-being and health of the body.

The workshops deal with the current knowledge and news about the DASH diet plan, i.e., a nutrition plan designed for a slower but safer weight loss, and the regulation of high blood pressure and cholesterol. Nutritionists usually do not recommend diet plans that cause you to lose between one and two pounds per week. You will also get acquainted with the specifics of other diet plans, such as the popular Paleo diet, which emphasizes the correct combination of foods.

Workshops are held in larger cities, and there are separate vacation plans and weekend programmes at the seaside.
